These terms apply when using this website, requesting a quote or purchasing artwork from Tulika Viegas Art.
Website prices and automated estimates are starting guidance unless explicitly stated otherwise. A commission is confirmed only after Tulika agrees in writing to the scope, price, payment schedule, references, timing and delivery arrangements.
You are responsible for providing clear, lawful reference material and accurate requirements. Material changes requested after work begins may change the price or timeline. Handmade results may include reasonable artistic interpretation and variation.
Payment timing and accepted methods are stated in the written quote. Work may be paused until an agreed payment is received. Delivery or collection may be withheld until the agreed balance is paid.
Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights. Personal display and gifting do not permit copying, merchandising, resale of reproductions or promotional use. See the Image Usage and Licensing page for permission requests and third-party-inspired work.
Customers must have permission to supply reference photographs and must not request unlawful or infringing use. Fan-made pieces may depict rights owned by third parties; no ownership or commercial license in those underlying characters, brands, likenesses or franchises is transferred.
Reasonable care is taken with descriptions, availability and prices, but errors may occur. Content may be corrected or updated. External services and links are governed by their own terms.
