Image Usage and Licensing
Unless stated otherwise, original artwork and photographs created by Tulika Viegas are protected by copyright. Viewing or purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, publish, modify, sell or commercially use its image.
Requesting permission
Editorial, commercial, promotional and other reuse requires prior written permission. Please describe the image, intended use, publication, territory and duration when contacting the studio. Permission may be limited, declined or subject to a licensing fee.
Credit
Where permission is granted, use the credit specified in the written agreement. Unless another credit is provided, use “Artwork by Tulika Viegas.”
Fan art and third-party rights
Some portfolio pieces are fan-made studies or commissions inspired by anime, cartoons, public figures or other third-party material. Tulika Viegas does not claim ownership of the underlying characters, franchises, trademarks, likeness rights or source material. Those images are not offered for licensing through this policy. Any use may require separate permission from the relevant rights holders.
Customer references
Reference photographs supplied for commissions may remain subject to rights held by the customer or photographer. This policy does not grant rights in those reference photographs.
