Artwork is packed according to its size, surface and framing needs. Delivery details are confirmed before an order is finalised.
Shipping is available across India. Bangalore pickup or local delivery may be arranged when practical. International shipping is not included by default; contact the studio before ordering to ask whether it is possible for a particular piece.
Packing, framing, gift wrapping and shipping are quoted separately unless the written quote or product listing says they are included. The final amount depends on dimensions, weight, destination and the level of protection required.
Commission timelines include painting and drying time before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery within India commonly takes approximately 2–10 working days, but courier delays, holidays, weather and remote destinations can affect this estimate. A requested occasion date is not guaranteed until Tulika confirms it in writing.
Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Inspect the package when it arrives and contact Tulika promptly with photographs of the outer packaging and artwork if it appears damaged or incorrect. Keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
